The Analyst is responsible for supporting clients in securitizing a pool of commercial real estate-backed loans between $250 million and $1.5 billion in a manner consistent with industry parameters. Property types include, but are not limited to multifamily, affordable housing, retail, hotels, offices, and Assisted Living. The Analyst's goal is to ensure the quality, completeness, and accuracy of analysis that precedes credit and business decisions as well as manage the overall delivery of the transaction to clients. This role will provide support in the delivery of due diligence, debt and real estate analysis and debt consulting services. This role involves participating in and managing multiple transactions with multiple clients under tight timelines. As an Analyst you will work with U.S. and India teams supporting clients in securitizing a portfolio of commercial real estate backed debt, analysing the underlying real estate collateral, the surrounding market/sub-market, as well as the financial strength and experience of the borrower/guarantor. You will be responsible for adhering to client provided AUP (Acceptable Use Policy) to ensure accuracy of information and analysis to be offered to prospective investors.
